HOW I WORK

A woman with short dark hair, glasses, and earrings sits at a table with a MacBook, smiling with hands pressed together in front of her. There is a cup of coffee and a lamp on the table.

1- Clarity at the root

I analyse situations at their core, identifying both what is misaligned and what is essential.

I don’t stay at the level of symptoms. I read the underlying structure: patterns, tensions, behaviours and real needs.

This allows me to understand what is actually driving a situation at a deeper level.

2- Articulation as a working tool

I bring clarity through precise articulation. I make implicit dynamics explicit - translating complexity into language that enables shared understanding and action.

3- From clarity to direction

Once the dynamics are clear, I define possible directions.
I point to what is aligned, propose paths forward, and open concrete ways to move ahead.

4-Innovation and solution development

I develop innovative concepts and solutions based on the direction defined.

I combine strategic thinking with creative exploration to shape concepts, approaches and actionable proposals that can be developed and executed by the team.

The work I develop often challenges existing ways of thinking and introduces more effective, aligned and unconventional paths.

5-Future-oriented insight

I anticipate challenges and opportunities before they become obvious.

By reading emerging patterns, behaviours and underlying needs, I contribute to solutions that are not only relevant now, but aligned with what is coming next.

Where My Work Applies

My work can support:

  • concept creation for new products, services and experiences

  • innovation and foresight to identify emerging behaviours and opportunity spaces

  • brand strategy including essence, positioning, value proposition and narrative

  • business and meaning strategy, connecting human needs with strategic direction

  • creative strategy and communication frameworks rooted in insight and emotional depth

  • human-centred insights, behavioural patterns and cultural tensions

  • collaborative workshops that align teams, open new angles and move projects forward

Across everything I do, I bring innovation through conceptual ideation, foresight, emotional depth and the ability to create ideas, systems and experiences with real impact and meaning.

  • I’m not a work-at-the-desk thinker. My creative process is body-oriented and dynamic- I create clarity through movement, dialogue and changing environments, not static screen time. I work in waves: periods of inner focus and creative immersion followed by moments of high-impact collaboration. Moving between my own creative cocoon and shared teamwork keeps my work clear, alive and effective.

  • Speaking is where my thinking crystallises. I work through real-time articulation - synthesising, challenging and creating direction on the spot. My clarity comes from my verbal process. This is why long documentation or research-heavy writing drains me; my impact comes from insight, presence and verbal synthesis.

  • I thrive in teams where diverse expertise comes together. Collaboration allows me to stay in my zone of genius -contributing vision, creative intelligence and conceptual clarity - while benefiting from the perspectives and skills of others.

  • My strengths lie in ideation, conceptual thinking, strategic clarity and creative direction. I operate from insight and vision rather than operational execution or documentation-heavy production work.
