My name is Laura Trullàs.

I am an Innovation & Vision Consultant from Barcelona, now based in Copenhagen.

My interest in innovation began during my secondary education at Colegio Montserrat, an innovative school in Barcelona known for its pioneering educational model based on the theory of multiple intelligences and project-based learning.‍ ‍
During this time, I also trained in public speaking through the Dale Carnegie methodology, obtaining the official youth certification and later joining the programme as a Graduate Assistant. Over two years, I supported the facilitation of communication and leadership courses, developing strong skills in articulation, presence and public speaking.

I later completed a Bachelor’s degree in Management of Business & Technology with a minor in Innovation & Entrepreneurship and Digital Marketing at La Salle Universitat Ramon Llull.
My bachelor thesis analysed emerging models of wellbeing consulting and how mindfulness-based practices could support employee wellbeing - an early indication of the curiosity that would later shape my work.

After university, I joined the innovation consultancy
THE FLASH CO
in Barcelona, where I contributed to the creation of new and innovativeproduct concepts, worked on futurist scenarios within the food industry, and conducted workshops for organisations. This experience confirmed something essential for me: my passion for helping shape innovative and meaningful futures.

Driven by this direction, I founded my own consultancy and marketing agency, Marketing con Alma (Soul Marketing), where for several years I supported early-stage entrepreneurs, therapists and creators in defining their brand identity, articulating their essence and developing human-centered concepts from the ground up.

Alongside my entrepreneurial work, I spent several years in deep self-inquiry - studying emotion, consciousness, meditation and somatic awareness.

During this time, I undertook formal training in IE Emotional Integration, completed an Experimental Theatre education at Laboratorio Escuela de Teatro, and studied perceptual and consciousness-based methods.

This combination of inner work and formal training gave me a deep, embodied understanding of human experience that now informs my approach.

Today, my work sits at the intersection of innovation, human insight and vision - helping shape meaningful futures.

If you want to understand how this translates into strategic practice, you can explore What I Do.
